4. Ordering and Payment

  • Order Acceptance: Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.
  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
  • Pricing and Taxes: All prices are listed in Euros (€) and are exclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes will be calculated and added at checkout.
  • Currency Conversion: For orders outside the Eurozone, prices may be converted to your local currency at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of purchase.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping Costs: A flat shipping fee of €3.90 applies to all orders. The equivalent amount in your local currency will be calculated at checkout.
  • Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that unforeseen delays may occur due to customs processing or local holidays.
  • Customs and Import Taxes: Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply in their country.

6. Returns and Exchanges

  • Return Policy: We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and unwashed.
