1. Processing Your Order

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing or local holidays.

3. International Shipping

We currently ship to select countries worldwide. Shipping fees and delivery times vary based on the destination country and shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees associated with their country.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's status through our carrier’s website.

5. Shipping Restrictions

Please note we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If there are any shipping limitations in your area, we will notify you upon checkout or by email.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Retrogoblins is not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping. If you received your order in a damaged condition, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Keep all packaging materials and damaged goods for the claim process.
