What countries do you ship to?
We ship to most of Europe, North America, Brazil, Japan, Singapore, Australia and New Zealand. The full list of available countries is visible at checkout.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are delivered within 5 to 7 business days. Delays may occasionally occur due to customs or local holidays.
Do you cover customs fees?
Customs fees and import taxes are not covered in the following regions:
- Guernsey
- Jersey
For all other countries, any potential customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition. Contact us at support@retrogoblins.com to get started.
