What countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to the following countries:
- Europe: Albania, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Guernsey, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Jersey, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.
- Americas: Brazil, Canada, United States.
- Asia and Oceania: Japan, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand.
What are the shipping costs?
All orders have a flat shipping fee of €3.90 (or the equivalent in your local currency):
- USD: Approx. $4.20
- CAD: Approx. $5.80
- GBP: Approx. £3.40
- JPY: Approx. ¥620
- AUD: Approx. A$6.50
- SGD: Approx. S$5.90
For other currencies, the amount will be automatically adjusted at checkout.
Do you cover customs fees and import taxes?
Customs fees and import taxes are not covered in the following regions:
- Guernsey
- Jersey
For all other countries, any potential customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

How long does shipping take?
We deliver orders within 5 to 7 days to all our shipping destinations.
Please note that unforeseen delays (customs processing, local holidays) may extend these estimates.
Can I return or exchange items?
Yes! We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and unwashed. Please contact us for instructions before returning.
